Over the past 2 years Steven and Joseph Papa have done various projects to upgrade my 20 year-old home. The upgrade included new bathrooms and kitchen, total remodeling of family, living and dining rooms. Additionally, Steve's creativity allowed us to have a "one of a kind" laundry room. Most recently, a basement remodeling project has created that extra room that everyone needs. Since the beginning of our working relationship, they have provided A+ workmanship and have met/exceeded my expectations. Their extraordinary ability to analyze each project and outline necessary courses of action was invaluable. It was pleasant to work with them, they are reliable and intelligent guys with good senses of humor.

We chose Steve Papa to take on the project and the outcome exceeded our expectations.  Every step of the project was done with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship.  Steve also provided some great adjustments to our original design as the project developed.  I was very impressed with all the sub-contractors Steve had working on our project.  The contractors were very skilled in their portion of the project and I could tell they had worked with Steve for many years.  We have been in our home for over 25 years.  In that time, we had several good contractors do projects around our home but I now know what a great contractor looks like, Steve Papa.

We were completely satisfied with the great work both Steve and Joe Papa provided.  They exceeded all of our expectations and provided the best experience.  Our basement was taken from an empty storage area to a fun, warm living space.  Their ideas formed the perfect solution to our needs and budget!

I am writing on behalf of Steven Papa, whom I have worked with for more than 6 years in a number of different capacities. When my family first moved back to the Chester County area, we purchased a newly constructed home from Steven Papa. We found the quality of his work to be impeccable and able to endure the test of time. Most importantly, we found him to be an honest, hardworking man whom we trusted. As a result, we had him back to do extensive work on the refinishing of our lower level. Again, his attention to detail, cleanliness and overall workmanship was outstanding. Currently, I am charged with overseeing the facilities of day and boarding school in Malvern, PA. Over the years Steven Papa has done a number of renovations on our campus, as well as the restoration of one of our historical Tudor style building. Without fail his work is performed in a professional, timely manner. Outside of the fine quality of Steven Papa’s work, he is man of true character and integrity.
